Evo Morales’ return to Bolivia confirmed

La Paz, Nov 4 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian press on Wednesday confirmed former President Evo Morales´ return to the South American nation, who has been taking refuge in Argentina after the Jeanine Áñez coup that forced him to resign a year ago.
Morales will arrive in Bolivia on November 9, through the bridge over La Quiaca river, and according to El Deber newspaper, Morales will be welcomed at an event organized by representatives of social movements and local authorities.

Then, former president will travel alongside with followers to the city of Chimore, located in the region known as the Tropic of Cochabamba, stronghold of the Movement for Socialism (MAS).

During the official tour, Evo Morales will visit towns in the departments of Potosi, Oruro and Cochabamba.

El Deber recalled that Morales has the green light to move across the country after Bolivian justice abrogated his arrest warrant for terrorism and sedition charges, and immigration authorities consequently lifted his restriction to enter the country.
