‘I took my memories and imagination and created something I can vision,’ Antonett told Fox about the unique frock. ‘I feel amazing. I feel like I’m not going for just one. I should’ve bought two tickets.

‘I just didn’t pick just any picture of his face or because it’s a clear picture of his face. Every picture on that dress has a story.’

The clothing shows the deceased teen smiling and reveals his love of playing football.

The piece covers Antonett’s arms with a sheer fabric and purple embellishments and features Swarovski crystals.

She wanted to pay tribute to her brother after the friend convicted of his killing, Micah Sanders, was released after pleading guilty to dangerous possession of a weapon and reckless homicide.

He spent some time in prison but the boy’s family believes he was shot on purpose.

‘This wasn’t an accident. You don’t accidentally shoot someone in the forehead,’ said in February 2017.

A warrant was recently issued for Sanders’ arrest for violating his community corrections sentence.

‘You see the person that killed him just being able to go to social media and say this is what I ate today and say what is happening in life. I can’t see that. I can’t talk to him,’ Antonett said.

Mother Angelyca Dossa was pleased with how the gown turned out for the Indianapolis prom.

‘Now that the dress is made, it’s even more beautiful than we thought it would be,’ she admitted.

She posted on Facebook: ‘Antonio and (Antonett] was like best friends yes sister and brother and each other keepers. All their life they shared almost everything Birthday parties butt whipping and of course they fought together.

‘So his dream was to go to prom with her and their friends and graduate together. Well since his life ended she didn’t want to end his dreams. So her dress is In Memory of her brother. Sisterly love always and forever.’

It was a matter also close to the designer’s heart.

‘Recently I had lost a friend through gun violence and it was very, very intense. It was a similar story only her son was even younger, so it really hit home,’ Jackson said.
