Venezuelan government has partially restored electricity services in the country putting an end to a five-day blackout across the country.
While Caracas blames the US for the outage, the opposition says President Nicolas Maduro’s administration is the real source of the power failure in the country. Press TV’s Jesus Silva reports from Caracas.
