Remember that white phosphorous is an international banned substinence that if used by nations, could be called crimes against humanity and war crimes. With America now admitting what we already knew, this show us just how she flaunts international aw when it concerns her ambitions, and at the same time uses it to invade and overthrow governments whom she is against.
