Yes indeed, the empire is desperate. On the outside and in public view she wants the people to believe that she is confident and will remain as the dominant power globally and all affairs will be run through her. In reality it is quite different.

She uses her government control media to trick you into believing that she is winning the wars that she has prosecuted. She is actually losing them all. She can start them ,but has a very hard time of finishing what she starts.

This is a sign of a perplexed and outmatched former power. It is impossible for America to be the victor in this universal war because of divine intervention against her. Her war scientists know this, but it doesn’t stop them from trying.
