Their run as the global hegemonic power is just about over – General Says Army at High Risk in War Against China, Russia

Greetings,

Their run as the global hegemonic power is just about over

image-6Fear is becoming the empire’s best friend. No longer able to force the world into submission. And no longer able to bring about her own policy, she now sees her rivals making strides in catching up with her, and in some cases surpassing her, militarily.

Fear on all sides. Fear from within. Fear of what lies on the outside. The American Empire is seeing trouble metastasizing.

In economics she has lost her advantage. In Manufacturing she has lost her advantage. She has lost her place in farming.

In International trade she is no longer the global engine of growth and prosperity. She is no longer ahead technologically. She is no longer ahead in education. Everything has collapsed.

Her time is fleeting and she knows that soon she will not enjoy even the simplest advantage. Her military has lost it’s ability to project awe and fear. In fact it is no longer unravel and unmatched. These other nations now possess much of what she possesses and in some cases, even better weaponry and warplanes.

They see it. They know it. And now their generals are telling the policy makers in Washington D.C. that their run as the global hegemonic power is just about over and is quickly coming to an end!

General Says Army at High Risk in War Against China, Russia

The Army’s top general says military forces on the ground face a high level of risk if the United States gets into a large-scale conflict against a power such as Russia or China.

Testifying Wednesday on Capitol Hill, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Milley says years of combat in Iraq and Afghanistan, constrained budgets and troop cuts have had a cumulative effect on the service.

Milley says the Army is ready to fight the Islamic State group and other terrorist organizations.

But what Milley describes as a “great power war” against one or two of four countries — China, Russia, Iran and North Korea — would pose greater challenges.

Milley says the Army’s readiness is not at a level that is appropriate for what the American people expect to defend them.
