Note: Why did Russia choose to test fire the S-400 missile system in Russia? It is the same reason that they chose to bomb terror elements in Syria using precision supersonic cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea instead of using missiles from Ships that were already in the Mediterranean Sea.

This was a sign of power and force. It was a message being sent to those in the halls of power in Washington D.C., London, Brussels, Berlin, & in Ankara. This was to warn them what they would be up against if they continue on their imperialistic belligerent march in Syria!

Russian Defence Ministry reported that newly-trained crews of Russia’s advanced S-400 Triumf air defense systems assigned to an air defense unit located in Western Siberia have carried out on Wednesday successful field firing destroying targets at a range in southern Russia.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Newly-trained crews of Russia’s advanced S-400 Triumf air defense systems assigned to an air defense unit located in Western Siberia have carried out on Wednesday successful field firing destroying targets at a range in southern Russia, the country’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.
“Today, at Kapustin Yar range in the Astrakhan region, anti-aircraft gunners of the Central Military District destroyed four high-speed targets simulated by the most hard-to-hit Kaban target missiles,” the statement reads.

The S-400 Triumf (NATO reporting name SA-21 Growler) is Russia’s next-generation air defense system, carrying three different types of missiles capable of destroying aerial targets at short-to-extremely long range.
