This is a policy of madness. How can you say that the business man is successful if he is buying his own product and just recycling his money? How can you say that the dope man is “balling” when he is buying his own dope to smoke from himself?

Neither can be considered prosperous. Neither can be considered smart moves career wise. Neither can be said to be making money.

What can be said is that they both are trapped in illusion and ensnare in confusion. They believe that these moves are something that will offset their decline. It won’t work though.
