Pomegranate juice worked from the inside out on people who regularly had it. Local 12 stopped at Rejuve, a cosmetic and wellness center, to learn more. The report in the Journal Nutrition found that the juice, or the fruit itself, dropped blood pressure.
It only took about a half a cup, three days a week to work on your heart. It appeared to bring down blood pressure, triglycerides and boost the good kind of cholesterol. Pomegranate juice was found to filter out the bad stuff from the body. It appeared a person didn’t need a lot of it, but a small amount a few days a week.
