Greetings,
Quite as been kept, while NATO forces and Russian forces have been holding war games in the Black Sea simultaneously, something major has been happening in the backdrop that Western media refused to report on. Recently Sergi Ivonov ,Putin’s Chief of Staff and close colleague has been on a military, commerce, and geopolitical trip to Beijing where he met with China’s top brass and Chinese President Xi.
They have been working closely together trying to ween themselves and the world off of the dollar fix. They just announced the opening up of an Eastern version of the IMF(without all of the strings attached). They announced another gas deal.
Following those announcements, they announced the sell of at least 2 dozen SU-35 warplanes. These planes are so advanced that they are able to go head up with America’s F-22’s and F-35 warplanes. They have also just announced that China may well be the first, if not the only nation, that Russia sells its top of the line S-400 air defense systems too.
These things are not happening in a void. They are sending messages to America first, then NATO as not to go too far in their military endeavors. We see just as both Russia and NATO are holding drills in the black sea at the same time, the Western media conveniently left this out of their reporting on war games going on!
(RIA Novosti) – Russian-Chinese joint military drills are aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation, not threatening alleged enemies, Kremlin Chief of Staff Sergei Ivanov said Wednesday during a meeting with students from Beijing University of Foreign Languages.
“We are sovereign states, we are not carrying out these drills against somebody. We are holding it to strengthen our bilateral cooperation. We are not violating any international laws; it is a sovereign choice of two states,” Ivanov said.
The official noted that Russia and China held their first joint military exercises in the mid-2000s, which met a mixed response from the West.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping recently agreed to hold joint drills next year to mark the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, a term used in Russia and other ex-Soviet states to describe the conflict between the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany during World War II.
