Riley Allen Mullins made the mistake of friending a woman on Facebook the day after he mugged her. The victim turned in to police the 28-year-old Port Orchard, Washington man after recognizing his distinctive neck tattoo (because of course), which she had seen the day before when having her iPod and purse stolen.
