Putin Draws Line In The Sand As Goons Terrorize Ukrainians

Today an outspoken hedge fund manager out of Hong Kong spoke with King World News about Putin’s line in the sand as goons continue to terrorize Ukrainians.  William Kaye, who 25 years ago worked for Goldman Sachs in mergers and acquisitions, also condemned Western propaganda and discussed what the people of eastern Ukraine as a whole really want for themselves, their families, and their friends.

Eric King:  “Bill, what’s really happening in eastern Ukraine?  I know you have connections in Russia.  What’s really going on there?”

Kaye:  “What’s really going on in eastern Ukraine is entirely different than what people are being told by the Western mainstream media.  I have a great understanding of what is happening in that area of the world because of my extensive contacts and sources, which are extremely reliable.

“I can tell you that the picture being painted by the Western mainstream media is entirely different from what is taking place on the ground.  Many people living in Ukraine just want a peaceful life, independent of the United States and NATO, and also independent of neo-Nazi goons, who they did not elect into office.

They would like to be independent and get along with everybody.  They want to go about their lives and not have to worry about the safety of their children when they go out into the street.  They also don’t want to have to worry about their friends and neighbors being attacked by goons, which is happening routinely, particularly in the eastern part of Ukraine if individuals are suspected of being sympathetic to the Russian side. 

  

So that’s what’s really going on, Eric.  These people are being brutalized and all they want is a chance to determine their own destiny.  Most Americans and Europeans just want to determine their own future and live a happy and peaceful life.  This is a natural yearning.
