This is really a Western manufactured crisis. They are experimenting on Africans as always in an effort to find which strain of this disease is more deadly to blacks. In essence this is a secret biological warfare project lead by Western nations.

 Most of the leaders know this. They won’t say it openly for fear of Western retribution, but in the inner circle of those in Africa who are in the know, they realize what this is. And the same anglo built, authorized, and run organization….WHO(World Health Organization) ,more likely than not, has a secret hand in it!
