The government of South Africa should step in and force arbitration. It should side with the wellbeing and livelihood of it’s own citizens over the profits of Western companies who care nothing for them or their security.
The South African government should force talks. Then they should give Western corporations a limited time to come to terms with African workers or look at the likelihood of being shutdown ,and their interests being taken over by local companies.
