Europe is in trouble. There is a great change going on there. From France to Spain the people are rebelling. This part of the judgment. The European governments and their constituents are divided are in opposition to one another. This means growing civil strife which leads to civil war.

   It is coming back to Europe ,because they loved to divide other peoples and other nations in order to come in and rule ,then exploit resources and labor. Now this is coming right back on them. As thou hast done, it is now coming back on you.  Even now, here governments are exploiting Africa.

   They refuse to go back to Europe completely. They want to maintain their hold over the people.  This will not stand because they were given a way out, but if they continue to reject it, they too will suffer the same destruction that is now gripping America.

   There way out is this…”The white man must return to Europe and concentrate on that continent for his future — or else concentrate on his death instead of his life — for they can no longer rule the Black man.”–pg.186(tfoa)

  If this prescription is rejected by Europe, it will quickly devolve into rebellion and war on that continent. And this we are starting to get a glimpse of now!
