Blazing Hot — She is on fire!

Greetings,

Black Forest firefighting missionAs it was with Nebuchadnezzar and as it was with Pharaoh, the same is being repeated today. To show Allah’s (God’s) greatness and power over the slave-master and his people, now Allah (God) attacks America at the height of her power & civilization and at the greatness of their power and strength, while they are worshipping their greatness of their accomplishment; and the Black slave is sitting at his feet.

My beloved…” Independence is fine, if we keep and maintain independence! But there is a dark cloud of trouble now swinging over the country of America. The dark cloud makes her once freedom of thought and action become instead, a freedom of death, hell and destruction!

It is awful to think over the things of evil and of trouble that are coming upon the glorified North America.”–pg.75(tfoa)

San-Francisco: Wildfire threatens city’s power grid, governor extends state of emergency

The spreading Rim fire near the northern edge of the Yosemite National Park has prompted Gov. Jerry Brown on Friday night to extend a state of emergency to include the city and county of San Francisco because of a threat to public utilities.

An out-of-control wildfire swept across the boundaries of the Yosemite National Park on Friday as more than 2,100 fire-fighters worked to contain the Northern California blaze, the latest of the major wildfires to rage through the country in recent weeks.

The blaze has burned 125,620 acres, threatens thousands of structures and is only 5% contained, according to the U.S. Forest Service’s incident information website.

The governor on Thursday declared a state of emergency in Tuolumne County, where the blaze is centred, as the cost of fighting the fire hit $5.4 million. The rugged terrain consumed by the fire made it difficult for firefighters to drag in their gear, a Forest Service spokesman said.

“The terrain is so difficult that you can’t go into direct attack,” Forest Service spokesman Trevor Augustino said.

Crews facing the sprawling flames faced smoke exposure and the potential for injury as the fire skipped across the steep territory, according to an incident report.

On Friday, the governor’s declaration said the wildfire has caused damage to electrical infrastructure serving the city and county of San Francisco.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has been forced to shut down transmission lines, and the city and county could face further damage to water and electrical assets, which could result in the interruption of those services, according to the governor’s declaration.

Meanwhile, the massive Beaver Creek Fire in Idaho was nearly contained, but not before it drove tourists from the ski retreat town of Sun Valley.

More than $1 billion has been spent overall this year fighting wildfires in Oregon, Montana, and Idaho.
