PROVINCES, (SANA) – An army unit inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists killing many of them, injuring others and destroying a number of their cars with all weapons and ammunition inside in al-Nabek area in Damascus Countryside province.

A military source told SANA that heavy losses were inflicted upon an armed terrorist group, killing all its members in Beir Wadi al Mal to the west of Qara city.

The source added that another army unit killed many terrorists on Rima farms in Yabroud, destroying all their tools used for attacking.

In the same context, units of the Armed Forces targeted terrorists in a series of “qualitative and accurate” operations in the areas of al-Sheifouniyeh farms, Marj al-Sultan and Douma in the eastern Ghouta, destroying their dens and equipment.

An official source told SANA reporter that the army carried out two operations in al-Sheifouniyeh farms and Marj al-Sultan, killing several terrorists.

The source noted that terrorists Basel al-Rifaei, leader of the so-called ‘Lions of God’ battalion, Khaldoun al-Ibrahmaji, Alaa al-Hamrawi, Khaled al-Nahawi and Mohammad al-Sreidan were identified among the dead.

The source also mentioned that another army unit carried out an operation in which it destroyed a den of terrorists in Douma with all the ammunition and weapons inside, including a 23 mm caliber anti-aircraft gun.

Meanwhile, an army unit targeted gatherings for terrorists in two operations in al-Hajar al-Aswad and al-Sbeineh, killing many terrorists and injuring others, including Mohammad al-Mahmoud and Yaser Khalil.

In the town of Daraya, Army units eliminated a number of terrorists including snipers in al-Alali neighborhood, al-Shiyah area, and the perimeter of Sayyeda Sukaina shrine.

Yasin Ahmad Dawood, Mohammad Karbouj and a terrorist nicknamed Abu Ali were identified among the dead.

An Army unit clashed with a terrorist group in the perimeter of the town of Madaya, killing most of the terrorist including Fayssal Issa.

Another unit eliminated terrorist Mohammad Eid al-Atawi in Madaya plain before he could detonate an explosive device planted near the highway.

Terrorists Killed during Clashes between Two Terrorist Groups in Damascus Countryside

Several terrorists were killed and injured during clashs erupted between two armed terrorist groups over dividing funds of foreign resource in Babila town in Damascus Countryside Province.

An official source said that the clashes lasted for hours, as different sorts of machineguns were used. The clash resulted in the killing of many terrorists including Mohammad al-Shalah, while others were injured.

Two of the injured were identified as members in al-Qaeda-linked jabhal al-Nusra terrorist group. Those are Nasser al-Najjar and another one called Daadoush.

Armed Forces Eliminate Terrorists, Destroy Their Vehicles in Aleppo

The Syrian Arab Army carried out operations in several areas in Aleppo countryside, including Tal Hasel, west of al-Nairab, Rasm al-Abboud, Deir Jamal, al-Zahabiya, Rasm Bakro, and Tal Shgheib.

Army Destroys Terrorists’ Hideouts in Homs

An army unit targeted a terrorists’ hideout in the area of al-Naseryeh in Taldo in Homs countryside.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that scores of terrorists were killed in the operation and a rocket launcher was destroyed.

The source added that terrorists Hussam Abu Adam, leader of the group, Houzayfa al-Khateb, Abdul-Hadi al-Akil, of the Iraqi nationality and Ismael al-Khaled were identified among the dead.

Another army unit clashed with an armed terrorist group that tried to attack the citizens of al-Burhanyeh and Saqarjeh towns in al-Qseir countryside.

The army eliminated all of the group’s members, including their leader terrorist Faraj Turki al-Turki, and destroyed 4 terrorists’ hideouts in the area.

Terrorists’ Hideouts and Weapons Destroyed in Idleb

Units of the Armed Forces on Sunday destroyed a number of terrorists’ hideouts and gatherings in Kafer Haya town in Jabal al-Zawiyeh in the countryside of Idleb province.

An official source told SANA reporter that the army killed and injured many terrorists, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.

It added that terrorists Nidal and Omar Bakkour were identified among the killed.

The source noted that other units of the Armed Forces targeted terrorists’ gatherings and destroyed their dens in Ein al-Soudeh and al-Shaghar areas in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughour.

The army targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the areas of Wadi al-Daif and al-Hamidyeh in Idleb countryside, eliminating scores of them and destroying their vehicles and equipment.

An official source in the province told SANA reporter that the army also destroyed terrorists’ gatherings in Ariha, Taftanaz, al-Majas, Khasheer and Maarat al-Nouman, and inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists.

Another army unit clashed with an armed terrorist group in Tal Salmo, eliminating all of its members and destroying an anti-aircraft vehicle.

Army Eliminates Jabhat al-Nusra Terrorists in Hama

In Hama, the Armed Forces clashed with terrorists affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group in the areas of Tal al-Hawash, Tal al-Qabo and al-Ghirbal in Hama northern countryside, killing scores of them.

An official source told SANA reporter that among the killed terrorists was Ahmad Nasrallah, leader of a terrorist group affiliated to the so-called “al-Farouk Battalions” terrorist group.
