  IN REALITY CHINA HAS ALREADY OVERTAKEN THE U.S. IN ECONOMIC OUTPUT, SURPLUSES, PURCHASING POWER, MANUFACTURING, TRADE, PRODUCTION, INDUSTRY,  EDUCATION, AND A HOST OF BAROMETERS THAT SHOWS THAT AMERICA NO LONGER SITS ATOP THAT HILL.
