(US cities face uptick in murders)The plagues of death, mourning and famines which cometh in one day (one year) then after that she shall be destroyed by fire, utterly burned.

   THIS IS TRUE. THE KILLING ,ROBBING ,AND MURDERING TAKING PLACE IS A SIGN OF ENVY, JEALOUSY, DISSATISFACTION, SAVAGERY, AND INSANITY. THESE ARE SOME OF THE PLAGUES THAT ALLAH IS SATTLING THIS WORLD WITH. WE MUST REMEMBER THAT…”  It is awful to think over the things of evil and of trouble that are coming upon the glorified North America.”–pg.75(TFOA)

  IN THIS TIME OF DIVINE RETALIATION AGAINST AMERICA…”  The so-called American Negroes are referred to here in the 4th verse as being God’s people (“My people”) Come out of her…that ye be not partakers of her sins and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

   This is a call to the American so-called Negroes to give up a doomed, wicked people that has destroyed them from being a people worthy of recognition, and who have now become lovers of their enemies and destroyers.

 

   The 5th verse tells us that “Her sins have reached into heaven and God has remembered her iniquities and is ready to destroy her.” Her destruction cometh quickly, according to the 8th verse, that plagues of death, mourning and famines which cometh in one day (one year) then after that she shall be destroyed by fire, utterly burned.”

 

   This is backed up by the words: “Strong is the Lord God who judge her.” Here it gives us a knowledge that He who judges is well able with power, with wisdom, and with deliberate and careful maneuvering to make judgement against her. “–pgs.90 & 91(TFOA)

City leaders in Stockton, California are confronting a rash of murders even as they consider a bankruptcy filing that could bring further cuts to an already shrunken police force.

 

 

 

This city of 292,000 residents 80 miles east of San Francisco reported 58 murders last year, up from 49 in 2010, and more than double the 24 in 2008, placing it among dozens of U.S. cities seeing a reversal in the long national trend of falling crime. And like other cash-starved cities, Stockton has recently laid off police officers.

 

 

 

The murder uptick is particularly evident in California. Murders nearly doubled in San Jose last year, to 39, from 20 in 2010, and rose in Oakland, San Diego and Sacramento, according to a survey of police departments by The Wall Street Journal and federal statistics.

 

 

 

All of those cities have fewer police officers now than in 2009. So do Miami, Tucson, Ariz., and Colorado Springs, Colo., cities outside California where murders have risen for two consecutive years.

 

 

 

Today, Stockton police generally won’t respond to burglaries unless the crime is in progress; victims are told to file reports on a website.

 

 

 

Nationally, the Journal found a 20-year slide in murders appears to have slowed last year. Total murders in the 105 cities with populations greater than 200,000 fell by 1%, according to the Journal’s survey. That compares with a 2.3% drop in murders in those cities in 2010 and a 10% decline in 2009. In the 95 cities with populations between 200,000 and one million, total murders increased by less than 1%.

 

 

 

Crime totals often fluctuate from year to year, but the U.S. murder rate has fallen by half since 1991. Official federal statistics for 2011 aren’t yet available. A preliminary report found murders fell 5.7% for the first six months of the year, but they rose in cities with populations between 500,000 and one million.

 

 

 

Police in many places are making hard choices about how to allocate shrinking resources. In San Diego, murders rose to 38 last year from 29 in 2010, while the number of uniformed officers fell 2%, to 1,825. WSJ
