Just as Messenger Elijah Muhmmad stated….Overindulgence is the enemy!

GREETINGS,

    Regardless to medical scientists saying eating 3 and four times a day are good for you,it is not.  This wisdom is giving to us by The Lord of The Worlds. Messenger Elijah Muhammad warned us against eating more than one meal a day.

   He taught us against this practice as it takes years away from our lives and has a negative effect on our mentak makeup and thought pattern. It also has a negative affect on our beauty. This way of living causing us to suffer unneedlessly with pains and sickness.

  Now some of the scientists are baring him witness. Time once again vindicates Allah and His Apostle. Just as Messenger Elijah Muhmmad stated….Overindulgence is the enemy!

……” Many years could be added to our lives if we only knew how to protect our lives from their enemies. As He (meaning Master Fard Muhammad) said to me, food keeps us here; it is essential that we eat food which gives and maintains life. That same food destroys life. Therefore, to keep this food from destroying our lives, we must protect our lives as well as we possibly can from the destruction of food. If we eat the proper food, and eat at the proper time, the food will keep us living a long, long time. Eating three and four times a day is to your stomach as dripping water is to a stone or iron. The dripping water will eventually wear the stone and iron away. But, just to look at the water, it does not appear powerful enough in its dripping to wear the stone and iron away. It is the same with food; we continuously put it into our stomachs to be digested and eventually it will destroy the stomach. If we let our stomachs rest a while and gain strength, they will last longer in doing a job of digesting food for us.

   EAT ONE MEAL a day and eat the food that will not harm you so quickly. You do not have to go into a long detailed knowledge of what foods you have to eat, because the wrong food has already been pointed out to you, foods such as pig, nuts, white flour, meats (of course, we eat some meats), the wrong kind of peas, the wrong kinds of breads, half-cooked breads, too many starchy foods, and too much sweets. “–pg.9(HOW TO EAT TO LIVE,bk2)

Forget what all the medical journals say about it. Completely ignore the daily health trumpet known as the MSM (mainstream media) on the topic. Even your health coach, massage therapist or chiropractor may be unaware of this little factoid.

The # 1 KILLER in Western Civilization is OVEREATING … coupled with eating the wrong foods for your body type … in the wrong combinations … in the wrong proportions … at the wrong time of day … in the wrong season … with the wrong attitude.

We’d love not to have to write another word on the subject, except that we just got a LOT of peoples’ attention, didn’t we?!
