Depravity of a super power – Widespread sexual harassment in US army

If this is not a sing of a rotting decaying empire, then tell me what is. When those who enlist in your armed forces are subjected to this type of immorality and it barely gets a bleep in the press, then this is a tale tell sign of a declining and imploding empire.
