You can see by her(America) policies at home and abroad that her policy makers, her officials, and her military brass have become unhinged from reality. She is in haste to implement her so-called Ballistic Missile Shield because she knows very well that her time is limited and soon she will face total economic collapse.

She believes as any sociopath does…that if she can build up enough forts, enough weapons, enough forces of arms, she will position herself to be victorious. We who has sense know that she is insane, but this does not stop her moves towards further entrenchment into the depraved.

She is trying to surround any and every nation that she believes is near her peer or rival.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has warned that Moscow will show an adequate response to the US deployment of a costly missile system in Eastern Europe. So war is everywhere.
