What would she(America) do and how would she react to Russian spy planes 13 miles off the coast of California or 13 miles off the coast of Florida, New York, or Oregon? She would react even more forcefully.
I think that Russia is sending her a message that if you keep poking, if you keep prying, if you keep pushing…we are prepared to push back in a very forceful manner, and not like the ways of old either! They are near war!
