Greetings, They are eyeing American expansionism. These nations are trying to forge an alliance to halt the quick and unlawful imperialistic American/NATO drive to engulf the entire world under their rule. Everyone is dissatisfied.

Caspian states must prevent US, NATO expansionism: Velayati
“NATO and the US have great desire to be in the Caspian region, [but] the littoral states of this sea must prevent US and NATO expansionism,” Ali Akbar Velayati said on Saturday. Velayati, who is also president of the Center for Strategic Research of the Expediency Council, said US and NATO presence in Afghanistan is also part of Washington’s expansionist agenda towards the east, urging regional countries to thwart such plots. Earlier in the day, Iran Ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanaei warned that any attempt to militarize the Caspian Sea region could provoke tension among its littoral states. The Iranian diplomat pointed to some unofficial reports about the establishment of a military base in one of the Caspian littoral states to transfer US and NATO forces to Afghanistan and said, “Iran considers any such action to be in breach of regional security and against [regional] interests, as prevention of foreign presence in the Caspian region is highly important to Iran.” Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan Republic and Turkmenistan are the littoral states of the Caspian Sea. The Caspian Sea is the largest enclosed body of water by area, and is variously classed as the world’s largest lake or a full-fledged sea.
