An easy-to-make apple cider vinegar tonic

As the name suggests, apple cider vinegar is made from apple cider that has been alcoholically fermented using bacteria and yeast. It is used in food preservatives, marinades, salad dressings, and vinaigrette.

In addition to its use as a cooking ingredient, the vinegar has also been employed as a folk remedy for various skin diseases. It is considered to be an excellent natural treatment for the symptoms of eczema.

The bath treatment will replenish the moisture levels in your skin. It will also encourage dead skin cells to slough off faster. Finally, it will prevent the dead cells from coming back to plague you.
