Isn’t this the height of arrogance and hubris? America believes that only she has the right to give or sell weapons to whomsoever she deems needs it, but no one else, including her peer and rival Russia, cannot do it.

This is total madness. It goes to show you that as America falls, and her fall is definitely underway, she becomes more and more irrational and outrageous in her demands on nations. It causes those who are looking on her actions to wonder if dementia or even worse, schizophrenia has set in and has caused her to go rabbit.
