You just don’t get it do you? You will pretty soon. You don’t want to accept the fact that the time is growing so heavily upon America that her debt burden makes it impossible for her to continue to hold her ex-slaves captive to the glare of her wealth.
She will soon be forced to let them go free in deeds. Because Black America has been exploited for centuries it is hard for them to accept the fact that white America is being forced to drop them. Forget all of the promises.

This is the way the people were of Lot and Noah; they were sold to sport and play and they hated the teachings of those righteous Prophets. And the day of their doom came, unexpected to them because they did not heed their warnings. So it is here today... 24 hours a day... they are trying to have sport and play and talking over foolish things, spending their time in foolishness. I fear of an evil day overtaking my people here in America soon. True... the world is warning you now, and you act as though the white people can help it. But they are telling you now that unemployment keeps mounting and they can do nothing about it. They are warning you that you are going to get hungry too, but you are not trying to take it with sincerity that they are telling you the truth. You are like a child who cries to its mother for bread and milk, whether there is any in the kitchen or not. So this is you... a big, old, grown child, who has been nursed and fed by the white people and sheltered by them and you think you will always have this from them. But No Sir... remember the parable of Lazarus and the rich man. At last, the rich man died and in his death of poverty, he came to suffer the same thing that Lazarus suffered... being deprived of good homes, and luxury of all kinds. Trump unveils ‘DOA’ budget plan, deeply cutting spending for poor
US President Donald Trump has sent a $4.1 trillion budget plan to Congress, which has immediately been denounced even by top Republican lawmakers as “dead on arrival” mainly for its deep cuts to programs supporting the poor.
The budget plan for 2018, titled “The New Foundation for American Greatness,” is packed with steep cuts to domestic agencies, food stamps, Medicaid, highway funding and medical research.
“It will face a tough sled here… These cuts that are being proposed are draconian. They are not mere shavings, they are deep, deep cuts,” said veteran GOP lawmaker Harold Rogers in reaction to the bill.
Trump’s plan is one of the budgets that are “basically dead on arrival,” said the Senate’s No. 2 Republican, John Cornyn of Texas.
The bill predicts that 2017 deficit will hike to $603 billion from the $585 billion figure in 2016 and argues that such a growing deficit trend will reverse and reach a small surplus of $16 billion in 2027 if Trump’s initiatives are adopted.
However, analysts say the plan depends on overly optimistic projections and a variety of accounting gimmicks.
Trump has lambasted the former administration’s lackluster growth rate of two percent and based his budget on sustained growth above 3 percent for the next decade, which is sharply above the expectations of most private economists.
This is while the Congressional Budget Office has estimated an average growth rate of 1.9 percent for the country over the next decade.
Trump’s budget seeks to cut almost $3.6 trillion– an almost 8 percent cut– from benefit programs and domestic agencies.
Instead, Trump’s 2018 budget would shift $54 billion from non-defense discretionary spending to defense by enacting major cuts to government agencies.
The cuts include repealing and replacing former president Barack Obama’s health law, slashing the government insurance program for the poor and disabled (Medicaid), eliminating student loan subsidies, sharply cutting food stamps and cutting $95 billion in highway formula funding for the states.
The budget will also cut 31.4 percent from the Environmental Protection Agency, 29.1 percent from the State Department, 20.5 percent from the Department of Agriculture and 10.7 percent from the National Science Foundation.
The Trump administration defended these measures, arguing that such public spending has led to unemployment of millions of Americans and reduction of economic growth.
“We need people to go to work… If you are on food stamps, we need you to go to work. If you are on disability and you should not be, we need you to go back to work,” White House Budget director Mick Mulvaney told reporters at a briefing Monday.
Food stamp cuts will exclude millions from the program and the wave of Medicaid cuts could deny nursing home care to millions of elderly poor people.
Although the Trump administration has kept its promise to maintain core Medicare and Social Security benefits for the elderly, it has exerted deeper cuts in programs for the poor such as Medicaid and food stamps.
Medicaid would be cut by more than $600 billion over 10 years and expansion of Obamacare’s program to 14 million people will be repealed.

The proposed budget eyes a $191 billion cut to the food stamp program which covers nearly 42 million people.
In agriculture, the budget restricts subsidies to farmers, including for purchasing crop insurance.
On taxes, Trump promises an overhaul that would cut tax rates, including reduction of corporate tax rate to 15 percent.
Anti-poverty advocates have expressed shock over the proposed spending plan, saying the budget will increase inequality while doing nothing to reduce the deficit.
“The Trump budget would make inequality and poverty significantly worse, while allowing deficits, when honestly measured, to soar,” said Bob Greenstein, president of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
