CHAPTER 60

When Ye Shall See All These Things

——————————————————————————–

1 Jesus prophesied that when we see the fulfillment of the prophecy of this time, then we should know, by such acts of the people, — strange actions that we have never witnessed before — carried on by the people — “Know that it (the end) is near, even at the doors.”

2 The Bible prophesies in Daniel and Matthew, saying that this is a time that man has never seen before, and man will never see such time again, after this time!

3 Strange happenings — the prophecies of Jesus said that parents will be against children, and children will be against parents. Do you not see these things being fulfilled today, right in our eyes?

4 Not only are parents against children and children against parents, but parents are murdering their children and children are murdering their parents!

5 In some families, the parents kill the children and then commit suicide themselves! This is going on, today, in the old U.S.A., where the gospel of Jesus is preached every hour of the day somewhere in the land!

6 In this time, in which we are now living, there is no respect for dignity — the President leaving the country to travel afar, to meet with rulers of foreign countries to discuss the strange things that are happening, and the strange things that will happen between the nations.

7 The beautiful and rich country of America, to which many people of Europe and Asia migrated, seeking refuge — in this country, as the prophecy is now coming into fulfillment…(“…in that day and time everyone will begin to go away from America, instead of coming to America!”)

8 As the Revelation (Bible) teaches us of the prophecy that “they will stand afar off and see the fire of her (America’s) burning and for fear of it they will lift up their hands and their voices. They will lament for her!”

9 America’s trade is cut off and all of her delicious and delicate things that she used to have in trade — it is all gone! In one hour (one day) it came to pass, here in the Western Hemisphere!

10 The most wicked people who ever lived on the earth are in the Western Hemisphere, as the Bible teaches us that God said, that to Him this is like Sodom and Gomorrah.

11 He (Allah) (God) did say that “The wickedness of the day of Noah and his people, and Lot and his people, (the Sodomites) was no more than child’s play compared to the wickedness of today, for they are highly educated — they are scientists at making wickedness for themselves.”

12 Day and night, up and down the streets, people are killing, murdering each other! We do not know very much about what is going on in Europe, but we do see it right here in this city of Chicago, Illinois! The radio and the television announce to the public that murdering and killings are taking place continually.

WHEN YE SHALL SEE ALL

THESE THINGS!

13 Today, there is great disrespect of one another! Mother and daughter are walking the streets in shame to the public of decent-minded people! They are throwing their clothes aside from their bodies, trying keep nothing covered, but their shame! And some barely cover their shame!

14 “As it was in the day of Noah and Lot, so shall it be in the day of the coming of the son of man.

15 The Son of man comes to judge man and mankind. The day, the day, the day had come!

16 As Daniel prophesied, (Bible, Dan 9:26,27) “…and unto the end the war desolations are determined.” “…and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

17 Just think about it! At the end of the war, desolation; so that puts an end to the hope of those who expect to see a great boost of prosperity after the war!

18 In the day of Noah, the children of the Sodomites came out happy that morning, and that was the end. They saw a cloud making up. They just considered that it was a regular rain cloud, but that was the end!

19 In the Bible prophecy of Jesus (Matt. 24:38,39), “For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away.”

20 In the time of Noah, the people of Noah were having parties as you are doing today, and that day was the end.

21 In the time of Sodom and Gomorrah, they were so wicked that they were willing to go to war with the angels (in the house of Lot).

22 The sodomites attacked the angels of God, Who had power to destroy the Sodomites almost instantly. The Sodomites warned that they had been waiting the Angels visiting the house of Lot!

23 A terrible time is gradually approaching upon us. A time so terrible until it will make children grey-headed, the Holy Qur’an teaches us.

24 The Bible teaches us that it will be a time never witnessed by man and there will be such time in the hereafter. It is a great time. Day and night storms are writhing the country. It is storming day and night!

25 The Holy Qur’an prophesies of calamities, one right after the other. This we are witnessing with our own eyes. O America, O America, where shall ye flee?

26 The Holy Qur’an teaches us (Black man) to take refuge in Allah. Today, people laugh at you if you invite them to do righteousness. They make mock of your doing right.

27 So did the people of Noah and Lot, as it is said so beautifully in Jesus’ prophecy, “So shall it be in the day of the coming of the Son of man.”

28 When ye shall see all these things, that you now see, know that it is here; We are living in the end!

29 My Black people, I say fly to Allah (God) for refuge, and come, follow me. I may look weak, but, through me, you will find refuge in Allah.”—————————-

“Congress Seeks To Authorize & Legalize FEMA Camp Facilities
Text size
Dprogram
August 30, 2009

A new bill has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill if passed into law will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations. This is an incredibly disturbing piece of legislation considering that the powers that be have already set in motion an agenda to setup a nationwide marital law apparatus through U.S. Northern Command and the Department of Homeland Security. Apparently, the fusion centers, militarized police, surveillance cameras and a domestic military command is not enough. Even though we already know that detention facilities are already in place, they now want to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency. With the phony debt based economy getting worse and worse by the day, the possibility of civil unrest is becoming a greater threat to the establishment. One need only look at Iceland, Greece and other nations for what might happen in the United States next. With this in mind, it appears as if these so called national emergency centers will be used in a national emergency but only if the national emergency requires large groups of people to be rounded up and detained. If that isn’t the case, than why have these national emergency facilities built in military installations?

If passed HR 645 is passed into law it will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations.

Let’s look through the various portions of the bill. Here is section 2 of the bill taken directly from the proposed legislation.

SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.

(a) In General- In accordance with the requirements of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 6 national emergency centers on military installations.

(b) Purpose of National Emergency Centers- The purpose of a national emergency center shall be to use existing infrastructure–

(1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster;

(2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders;

(3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and

(4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

The legislation says that the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 6 national emergency centers on military installations. This means that the Secretary of Homeland Security can setup as many FEMA camps within military installations as they want, it just has to be more than 6 of them. On top of that, it also states that the facilities will be used to meet other appropriate needs as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security. This could mean anything. If the Secretary of Homeland Security thinks it is appropriate to kill large groups of people like the Nazis did in World War II Germany, than it looks as if this bill would give them the authority to use these facilities for that purpose.

Below is section 3 taken from the bill.

SEC. 3. DESIGNATION OF MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AS NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.

(a) In General- Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate not fewer than 6 military installations as sites for the establishment of national emergency centers.

(b) Minimum Requirements- A site designated as a national emergency center shall be–

(1) capable of meeting for an extended period of time the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian and other transition needs of a large number of individuals affected by an emergency or major disaster;

(2) environmentally safe and shall not pose a health risk to individuals who may use the center;

(3) capable of being scaled up or down to accommodate major disaster preparedness and response drills, operations, and procedures;

(4) capable of housing existing permanent structures necessary to meet training and first responders coordination requirements during nondisaster periods;

(5) capable of hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance needs;

(6) required to consist of a complete operations command center, including 2 state-of-the art command and control centers that will comprise a 24/7 operations watch center as follows:

(A) one of the command and control centers shall be in full ready mode; and

(B) the other shall be used daily for training; and

(7) easily accessible at all times and be able to facilitate handicapped and medical facilities, including during an emergency or major disaster.

(c) Location of National Emergency Centers- There shall be established not fewer than one national emergency center in each of the following areas:

(1) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions I, II, and III.

(2) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IV.

(3) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions V and VII.

A d v e r t i s e m e n t

(4) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region VI.

(5) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions VIII and X.

(6) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IX.

(d) Preference for Designation of Closed Military Installations- Wherever possible, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate a closed military installation as a site for a national emergency center. If the Secretaries of Homeland Security and Defense jointly determine that there is not a sufficient number of closed military installations that meet the requirements of subsections (b) and (c), the Secretaries shall jointly designate portions of existing military installations other than closed military installations as national emergency centers.

(e) Transfer of Control of Closed Military Installations- If a closed military installation is designated as a national emergency center, not later than 180 days after the date of designation, the Secretary of Defense shall transfer to the Secretary of Homeland Security administrative jurisdiction over such closed military installation.

(f) Cooperative Agreement for Joint Use of Existing Military Installations- If an existing military installation other than a closed military installation is designated as a national emergency center, not later than 180 days after the date of designation, the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Defense shall enter into a cooperative agreement to provide for the establishment of the national emergency center.

(g) Reports-

(1) PRELIMINARY REPORT- Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report that contains for each designated site–

(A) an outline of the reasons why the site was selected;

(B) an outline of the need to construct, repair, or update any existing infrastructure at the site;

(C) an outline of the need to conduct any necessary environmental clean-up at the site;

(D) an outline of preliminary plans for the transfer of control of the site from the Secretary of Defense to the Secretary of Homeland Security, if necessary under subsection (e); and

(E) an outline of preliminary plans for entering into a cooperative agreement for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site, if necessary under subsection (f).

(2) UPDATE REPORT- Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report that contains for each designated site–

(A) an update on the information contained in the report as required by paragraph (1);

(B) an outline of the progress made toward the transfer of control of the site, if necessary under subsection (e);

(C) an outline of the progress made toward entering a cooperative agreement for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site, if necessary under subsection (f); and

(D) recommendations regarding any authorizations and appropriations that may be necessary to provide for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site.

(3) FINAL REPORT- Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report that contains for each designated site–

(A) finalized information detailing the transfer of control of the site, if necessary under subsection (e);

(B) the finalized cooperative agreement for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site, if necessary under subsection (f); and

(C) any additional information pertinent to the establishment of a national emergency center at the site.

(4) ADDITIONAL REPORTS- The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, may submit to Congress additional reports as necessary to provide updates on steps being taken to meet the requirements of this Act.

This section authorizes the Homeland Security Secretary to setup these FEMA camps in closed or open military installations and in regions around the nation. This essentially legalizes any existing FEMA camp infrastructure that has been built in either closed or open military installations and opens the door for additional facilities to be created.

Fortunately, the bill only authorizes $180,000,000 per year for these facilities, but considering that the majority of the detention facilities are probably already built, they won’t need much additional funding. There is no doubt judging from the language of this bill, that it is meant to legalize what they’ve already been doing. After all, FEMA has already been looking at ways to transport large quantities of people to camps, they held a FEMA camp drill which consisted of an illegal alien round up in Iowa and KBR/Halliburtion has already aided in the creation of detention facilities. The rationale behind this legislation is undoubtedly to serve as a mechanism of control if the authorities need facilities to hold large amounts of dissenting people. This is not to help people. One only needs to take a look at what happened during Hurricane Katrina and it is obvious that the government does not care about the people. They didn’t care then, and they don’t care now, and these facilities built or unbuilt will definitely not be utilized for the people’s interest.”——————————————————————

JERICHO, Ark. – It was just too much, having to return to court twice on the same day to contest yet another traffic ticket, and Fire Chief Don Payne didn’t hesitate to tell the judge what he thought of the police and their speed traps.

The response from cops? They shot him. Right there in court.

Payne ended up in the hospital, but his shooting last week brought to a boil simmering tensions between residents of this tiny former cotton city and their police force. Drivers quickly learn to slow to a crawl along the gravel roads and the two-lane highway that run through Jericho, but they say sometimes that isn’t enough to fend off the city ticketing machine.

“You can’t even get them to answer a call because normally they’re writing tickets,” said Thomas Martin, chief investigator for the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office. “They’re not providing a service to the citizens.”

Now the police chief has disbanded his force “until things calm down,” a judge has voided all outstanding police-issued citations and sheriff’s deputies are asking where all the money from the tickets went. With 174 residents, the city can keep seven police officers on its rolls but missed payments on police and fire department vehicles and saw its last business close its doors a few weeks ago.

“You can’t even buy a loaf of bread, but we’ve got seven police officers,” said former resident Larry Harris, who left town because he said the police harassment became unbearable.

Camping out along highway
Sheriff’s deputies patrolled Jericho until the 1990s, when the city received grant money to start its own police force, Martin said.

Police often camped out in the department’s two cruisers along the highway that runs through town, waiting for drivers who failed to slow down when they reached the 45 mph zone ringing Jericho. Residents say the ticketing got out of hand.

“When I first moved out here, they wrote me a ticket for going 58 mph in my driveway,” 75-year-old retiree Albert Beebe said.

The frequent ticketing apparently led to the vandalization of the cruisers, and the department took to parking the cars overnight at the sheriff’s office eight miles away.

It was anger over traffic tickets that brought Payne to city hall last week, said his lawyer, Randy Fishman. After failing to get a traffic ticket dismissed on Aug. 27, police gave Payne or his son another ticket that day. Payne, 39, returned to court to vent his anger to Judge Tonya Alexander, Fishman said.

It’s unclear exactly what happened next, but Martin said an argument between Payne and the seven police officers who attended the hearing apparently escalated to a scuffle, ending when an officer shot Payne from behind.

Bullet also hit another officer
Doctors in Memphis, Tenn., removed a .40-caliber bullet from Payne’s hip bone, Martin said. Another officer suffered a grazing wound to his finger from the bullet.

Martin declined to name the officer who shot Payne, pending the outcome of an investigation. No charges have been filed, and it’s unclear if the officer has been disciplined.

“Unemployment rate hits 9.7%
216,000 jobs are lost in August.
Associated Press

September 4, 2009 | 5:49 a.m.
E-mail Print Share Text size

The unemployment rate rose to 9.7% in August, the highest since June 1983, as employers eliminated a net total of 216,000 jobs.

Analysts expect businesses will be reluctant to hire until they are convinced the economy is on a firm path to recovery. Many private economists, and the Federal Reserve, expect the unemployment rate to top 10 percent by the end of this year.

While the jobless rate rose more than expected, the number of job cuts is less than July’s upwardly revised total of 276,000 and the lowest in a year, according to Labor Department data released Friday. Economists expected the unemployment rate to rise to 9.5 percent from July’s 9.4% and job reductions to total 225,000.

If laid-off workers who have settled for part-time work or have given up looking for new jobs are included, the so-called underemployment rate reached 16.8 percent, the highest on records dating from 1994.

The recession has eliminated a net total of 6.9 million jobs since it began in December 2007. There are now 14.9 million Americans unemployed.

Other economic data released this week has been positive. The Institute for Supply Management, a trade group, said Tuesday that the manufacturing sector grew in August for the first time in 19 months. On Thursday, the ISM said its service sector index rose to 48.4 last month, the highest level in nearly a year. Home sales, meanwhile, have increased for several months and prices are stabilizing.

Federal Reserve policymakers said in minutes from an August meeting that they expect the economy to recover in the second half of this year. But labor market conditions are still “poor,” the Fed minutes released Wednesday said, and many companies are likely to be “cautious in hiring” even as the economy picks up.

Some economists credit the Obama administration’s $787 billion economic stimulus package of tax cuts and spending increases, along with the Cash for Clunkers program, with contributing to a recovery. But they worry about what will happen when the impact of the stimulus efforts fades next year.

Vice President Joe Biden defended the stimulus package Thursday against Republican critics who say it is too costly.

“The recovery act has played a significant role in changing the trajectory of our economy, and changing the conversation in this country,” Biden said. “Instead of talking about the beginning of a depression, we are talking about the end of a recession.”

Republicans criticized Biden’s speech. “The Democrats’ rhetoric on their economic experiment doesn’t match with the reality of millions of Americans remaining unemployed,” said Republican Party chief Michael Steele. “The stimulus was an economic experiment that failed Americans.”

“Mortgage Defaults Shifting to Prime Borrowers: Report
Published: Friday, 4 Sep 2009 | 7:00 AM ET Text Size By: Robin Knight
Assistant Web Producer

America’s most credit-worthy borrowers are defaulting on their loans faster than those with poor financial records, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

Source: swflrealtors.com
——————————————————————————–

The rate of mortgage delinquency among prime borrowers is accelerating and could mean that banks will soon be suffering more losses from the usually safe customers than from their less-reliable ones, the report said.

The number of subprime borrowers falling down on their mortgage repayments reached 25 percent in the first quarter, but has now leveled off, with only slight increases in the second quarter, the Journal said.

Prime loans make up 80 percent of US banks’ exposure to mortgages and credit cards, and so could quickly overtake subprime borrowers in causing the biggest financial headache as the recession bites, the report added.

“The subprime pain is in the rearview mirror,” Sanjiv Das, head of Citigroup’s mortgage business, told the Journal.

Many of the customers with high credit scores have lost their jobs and are struggling to keep up with payments while the jobs market remains extremely weak, the report said.

The total mortgage-delinquency rate, where borrowers were late for at least one payment, rose to a record high of 9.24 percent in the second quarter, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.

The prime borrowers showed an increase of 5.8 percent in the quarter, compared to a 1.8 percent rise for subprime customers, the report said. However, the overall rate for delinquency still remains significantly lower for prime borrowers at 6.4 percent, compared to 24.4 percent for subprime borrowers, the Journal said.

“We view this as a change in the nature of the problem. These borrowers were underwritten conservatively, and they were able to manage their payments for some period of time,” Michael Fratantoni, vice president of single-family home research for the Mortgage Bankers Association, told the Wall Street Journal.
